Choose from over 20 fine cuts of premium beef, including a variety of Wagyu, dry-aged, and natural steaks hand-picked from top providers around the world. Pair your steak with perfectly prepared spuds, ranging from Japanese sweet potatoes to black truffle fries and whipped potatoes with blue cheese. Diners can also choose from seafood, including caviar, a chilled seafood tower, lobster, and broiled black cod.
