HOW TO REGISTER FOR CHICAGO RESTAURANT WEEK

You must be a Choose Chicago partner to participate in Chicago Restaurant Week (CRW). If you are not a current partner, please email partnership@choosechicago.com.

• For 2025, registration fees will be:
  • Choice Partnership Level: $500 fee
  • Premier/Ultimate Partnership Level: $350 fee
• CRW registration dates: Sept. 11 – Oct. 30, 2024

If you are a Choose Chicago partner, please follow the simple steps below to purchase and register for CRW 2025.

If you have already purchased Restaurant Week participation skip to Step 2 to register.

Step 1 – Purchase Participation and Register

1. Log in to the Partner Extranet
2. Under Marketplace click Restaurant Week 2025
3. Click Proceed
4. Click Submit to be taken to payment portal
5. Enter payment information and then click Complete Transaction
6. You will receive an email confirmation for your purchase
7. Click Return on the confirmation pop-up screen
8. Proceed to Step 2 – Bullet Point 2 to continue registration

Step 2 – Register

1. Log in to the Partner Extranet
2. Click Profile on the left-hand navigation
3. Click Amenities
4. Click Restaurant Week
5. Complete required information
6. Click Save

You will receive a confirmation email once your registration is complete.
