The Publican

The Publican is a beer-focused restaurant that serves an eclectic menu of farmhouse inspired fare in a space evocative of a European beer hall. The Publican is available for private luncheons Monday through Friday. Our private lunch menu can be customized to fit your party’s needs, and begin at $50 per person.

Publican Quality Meats, located across the street from The Publican, operates as a butcher shop and cafe by day, and The Publican’s private event space by night. We can accommodate a seated dinner for up to 38 guests and reception style events for up to 55 guests. Cooking classes, butchering classes and intimate dinners can be hosted at our chef’s table located in the heart of our kitchen for up to 12 guests.

The Publican is also available for corporate buyouts and weddings! The Publican can accommodate up to 130 for a seated meal or 155 for a reception style event. A full restaurant buyout includes exclusive access to the entire restaurant and a customized menu for you and your guests. Additionally, The Publican and sister restaurant Publican Quality Meats both offer full-service, off-site catering for corporate events, lunches, weddings and gatherings of any size.
