Our Headshot Salon is a popular trade show activation and experiential event activity. It provides a few moments of personal attention for attendees and time for them to chat with your staff. Plus they receive something useful — complimentary professional headshots in a private secure gallery — without divulging any personal information.

The Headshot Salon at Your Event:
• We send one or more professional photographers to your conference, trade show or association meeting when you need a headshot booth.
• Our staff provide personal attention to relax subjects and make sure they look their best. Our photographer takes several photos of each person, enough to get at least one great image.
• Before leaving, each participant receives a card with the website address for their personal photo gallery. So no one is concerned about others seeing their photos.

The Results of the Headshot Salon:
• In 2-3 days (at no cost) attendees can download their professional headshots for use on their websites, promotional materials or LinkedIn profiles. They don’t provide their email address or any other personal information.
• Pinpoint provides support if attendees have difficulty retrieving their photos. In addition, you can receive data about how many people had their photos taken at the Headshot Salon and how many viewed their results.
