The LGBT Chamber of Commerce of Illinois, formerly the Greater Gay and Lesbian Chamber of Commerce, was established in 1995 to establish a small business association that specifically served the needs of the LGBT+ business community. With nearly 400 members today — the chamber has re-established a place for a community of like minded inclusive individuals, business leaders, and entrepreneurs. Our current small business members enjoy semi-monthly networking events, advocacy and government relations, targeted niche marketing services, and professional development programming to serve the needs of our members and partners. For corporate partners, add to that list membership covering your ERG/BRG or affinity group, promoninant logo exposure all year and your choice of entry level sponsorship at an event (excluding pride), special pricing, 4-6 comp tickets to all events, and opportunity to support the LGBT business population-segment advance their skills, opportunities, and become certified LGBTBE. Contact us to get involved at any level, whether you are LGBT or an ally, business owner or just graduating college, however you identify and no matter what your demographics are if you identify LGBTQ+ or an Ally, you are welcome.
