Floriole specializes in French-inspired bread, and pastries, soups, and sandwiches made with seasonal Midwestern ingredients. Starting as a stand at Chicago’s famed Green City Market, Floriole spent nearly five years selling and refining their rustic, French pastries in a 10-by-10 tent. In 2010 Floriole opened a dreamy light drenched brick-and-mortar space in the Lincoln Park neighborhood. Floriole is an ideal location for breakfast, brunch, or lunch and offers a selection of “take and bake” cookies, croissants, and savory meals. They serve a full coffee and team menu, as well as a selection of natural wines, cider, and beer. The space is available for hosting parties in the second-floor event space for up to 40 guests.
