Fiya is our expression of various Levantine and related cuisines, cuisines that have blended and evolved over centuries, often showing different personalities as one moves from here to there – Yemen, Morocco, Syria, Turkey, Israel, Palestine, Iraq, Georgia, and many others.
What we especially love about the cuisine is that it is healthy while being delicious, veggie and fruit forward with a lesser emphasis upon diary and meat. And Fiya revolves around a wood-burning brick oven, literally and figuratively, turning out fresh pita among other menu items.
We have ~90 seats in our lovely indoors, and another ~70 seats on our big, lush, warm weather patio. In winter, we add 4 igloos on the patio. In addition to the cuisine mentioned above, we offer a very cool, dynamic bar program with brilliant cocktails revolving around gazoz (Israeli street sodas), a nice sized list of natural wines, and ~20 curated craft beers on tap.
