As the world’s fastest growing and most dynamic industry, hospitality offers seemingly endless professional opportunities. Created with the support of a $7.5 million gift from the Conrad N. Hilton Foundation, the DePaul University School of Hospitality Leadership is focused upon two critical issues facing the industry nationally:

1) A growing shortage of qualified, skilled workers
2) A significant lack of diversity among hospitality managers and leaders
