Originally designed by famed architect Daniel Burnham (“make no small plans, they have no magic to stir men’s blood”) and completed in 1925 by the Graham, Anderson, Probst and White Firm, the Great Hall is considered to be one of the greatest indoor spaces in the United States.

The rich history and beauty of the Great Hall has made it a popular location for feature films including The Untouchables, My Best Friend’s Wedding, Flags of Our Fathers and many others.

Within the Great Hall lies the newly restored Burlington Room. The room was originally constructed as the Women’s Lounge where ladies traveling could wait for the train and enjoy the services of the adjacent beauty parlor and other facilities. Now it is a flexible event space that will charm any guest. With the perfect touch of history and elegance it is perfect for elegant gatherings of any kind.
