Something Unexpected at Laugh Factory Chicago

Something Unexpected is a Stand-Up Comedy show comprised of the best comedians in Chicago as well as comedians from Comedy Central, HBO and Conan. Every show leaves people coming back for more.

No cash payments accepted in the showroom.

Age restriction: 18 years and over.

2 drink minimum per person (can be non-alcoholic or alcoholic beverage). 18% service fee will be attached to drink tabs and will be distributed to service staff.

Seating is first come, first served. Ticket holders may be subject to standing room. 

NO REFUNDS. 

Management reserves the right to prevent customers from entering the facility who they deem disruptive or dangerous to other patrons. Disruptive behavior of any kind will not be tolerated and could lead to ejection from the showroom without refund and without warning.  Again, refunds will not be issued to guests removed from the showroom.

“Disruptive Behavior” includes but is not limited to: 

– Heckling

– Excessive “Table Talk”

– Refusing to share your table if all 4 seats have not been purchased in advance

– Inappropriate or in anyway aggressive behavior towards fellow guests or staff, at Management’s discretion

– Photo/Video Recording/Live Streaming

The holder of this ticket agrees not to engage in photography or reproduction in any form of the show. The Laugh Factory Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. Resale of this ticket is grounds for seizure and cancellation without compensation.

Q. What time should we arrive at the club?

We recommend arriving 30 minutes prior to the show. Please have your email confirmation pulled up on your phone.

Q. Can we make reservations?

We do not take reservations. All seating is first come, first served.

Q. What is the age limit to get in to the club?

Our club is 18 and over unless otherwise specified. You must be 21 and over is to purchase alcohol.

Q. What’s the parking situation?

Street parking is available throughout the area. However, public transit, ridesharing apps, and taxi services are highly encouraged.

Q. Do you allow late entry?

Guests are not allowed to enter the show 30 minutes after the start of the show.

Q. What is your dress code?

We ask that you please wear clothes.

Q. Can we bring our own food and drink?

Outside food and drink are strictly prohibited from entering the showroom.

Q. If my friends all bought tickets separately, can we still be seated together?

As long as your party arrives together, you will be seated together if enough seats are available together. After the start of the show, any open seats will no longer be held.

Q. What if I need to leave the show early?

Guests who need to leave early must close out with their server before doing so.
