Sardinian Cooking Class and Dinner
Join us at Tutore Cooking School on Saturday, September 21, from 6-9 PM for a cooking and dining experience led by esteemed Chefs Dean Zanella and James De Marte, whose combined culinary expertise spans over 75 years.
Master the art of Sardinian cuisine as you learn to prepare four exquisite dishes: Marinated Seafood Salad, Pane Carasau, Malloreddus (Sardinian Gnocchi) with Saffron Tomato Sauce, and Seadas (Traditional Pastry with Honey and Pecorino Cheese).
To complement the meal, wine expert Fabio Pibiri will guide you through a tasting of exceptional Sardinian wines from Cantina del Bovale, featuring Spumante, Vermentino and Cannonau.
