For the first time ever, American Ice Theatre brings its groundbreaking re:member contemporary skating performance to Chicago, taking the ice at The Edge Ice Arena by O’Hare on Sunday, March 10. Featuring world-renowned and Olympic-level skaters—including the beloved Jeremy Abbott—this show blends breathtaking figure skating elements with contemporary dance, artistry, and storytelling, creating an unforgettable experience for audiences of all ages.

Act I: Step into the ethereal realm of re:member, a contemporary skating performance that invites you to explore the profound and intricate ways memories are etched into the very fibers of our being with professional figure skating tricks, contemporary dance movement, and the beauty of artistic skating glides!

Act II: An artistic skating showcase featuring performances by talented local skaters and complemented by additional pieces performed by the AIT professional companies from AIT Cleveland and New Hampshire, as well as Ice Semble Company performances in Chicago.

Skate Jam

Right after the show…come skate with us! Following the show, join us on the ice for a Skate Jam with all of the AIT performers! The Skate Jam is FREE for all show patrons. Please remember to bring your own skates. We can’t wait to share the ice with you to celebrate the joy of contemporary skating.
