The evening begins with a choice of Meatball with roasted tomato sauce and ricotta or Dungeness Crab with crème fraîche and fennel. For the second course, options include Roasted Carrots with spiced walnuts or a Chicory Salad with cranberries and sunflower vinaigrette. The pasta course offers a choice of Rigatoni Alla Vodka, Linguine with prawns and saffron, or Orecchiette with prosciutto sausage and pecorino. For the main course, selections include Roasted Halibut, Brick Chicken, or New York Strip. Guests may enhance their experience by substituting with Braised Short Rib featuring white truffle risotto.
