Prime and Provisions (222 N. Lasalle) invites guests to an exclusive three-course menu featuring an array of exquisite dishes including a choice of starters, such as Lump Blue Crab Cake or House-Flared Thick-Cut Bacon. Guests can then enjoy a second course of Clam Chowder or a classic Wedge Salad. Entrée options include Pan-Seared Salmon, Petite-Cut Filet Mignon, or Roasted Chicken, with the option to elevate the meal with Surf & Turf, Kansas City Strip, or Dover Sole for an additional charge. Side dishes like Properly Whipped Potatoes or Parmesan Cheddar Potato Gratin can accompany the meal, while dessert selections include Banana Cream Pie, Chocolate Caramel Cake, and more.
