Lincoln Park Health & Wellness Weekend

Get ready for free workouts and special promotions during Lincoln Park Health & Wellness Weekend! The Lincoln Park Chamber of Commerce (LPCC) is thrilled to announce the return of Lincoln Park Health & Wellness Weekend on Saturday, June 8 and Sunday, June 9. This two-day event will offer free classes and a Health & Wellness Showcase featuring a variety of local businesses specializing in health and wellness products and services.

“We are excited for the return of Lincoln Park Health & Wellness Weekend,” said Kim Schilf, President & CEO of the LPCC. “This event is a wonderful opportunity to enjoy free workouts and explore special promotions from our innovative health and wellness businesses.”

Listed below is the current schedule for free outdoor classes and events during Lincoln Park Health & Wellness Weekend:

Saturday, June 8

Lincoln Common Plaza, 2335 N. Lincoln

Health & Wellness Showcase

8:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.

Visit the Plaza at Lincoln Common to pick up giveaways, enter raffles, and learn more about Lincoln Park’s health and wellness businesses and offerings.

Athletic Conditioning Class w/ Equinox Lincoln Common

8:30 – 9:15 a.m.

Tonilates Class with the Ray Meyer Fitness and Recreation Center at DePaul University

9:30 – 10:15 a.m.

Mat Pilates Class with Club Pilates

10:30 – 11:15 a.m.

Fusion Class with Pure Barre Lincoln Park

11:30 a.m. – 12:15 p.m.

Sunday, June 9

Classes take place at multiple locations.

Strength & Conditioning Class at Hustle Fitness

Hustle Fitness, 2625 N. Halsted

10:00 – 10:35 a.m.

F45 Resistance Class at F45 Training DePaul

F45 Training DePaul. 1730 W. Fullerton

11:30 a.m. – 12:15 p.m.

All classes are free and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Registration for all classes is encouraged and available at lincolnparkchamber.com.
