Indoor Mushroom Farm Tour -Restaurant Week

In celebration of Chicago Restaurant Week, join co-founder, Joe Weber, on a behind the scenes tour of Four Star Mushrooms, an urban, indoor, specialty mushroom producer.  Supplying over seven exotic varieties of gourmet mushrooms to most of Chicago’s Michelin Star restaurants and James Beard chef awardees, this is a unique ‘behind the scenes” opportunity to see and learn how these beauties are grown.  They’ve even been used on FX’s The Bear!  Tour is ~60 minutes and concludes with a retail pack of Chicago’s Mushroom you can take home.
