April 26, 2025

Hours: 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM
Location: Somerset, 2nd Floor
Cost: $60

Spring is in the air, and there’s no better time to refresh your senses, your garden, and your cocktail game!

Join us for an inspiring afternoon where gardening and mixology come together in the perfect celebration of the season. This hands-on class will teach you how to start your own garden and incorporate fresh, homegrown ingredients into your cooking and cocktails.

The class will begin with a special spring-inspired cocktail tasting featuring two refreshing drinks crafted by our Beverage Director, Sayo (Chi) Anise. Sip on a Somerset signature cocktail and a Seedlip non-alcoholic creation, both infused with the flavors of the season, as you settle in for an afternoon of learning and inspiration.

As nature comes to life, so will your green thumb! Executive Chef Verlord Laguatan will walk you through the essentials of spring planting, sharing expert tips on selecting seasonal herbs and produce, caring for your garden, and using fresh ingredients to enhance your favorite dishes. Whether you have a backyard garden or a small windowsill planter, you’ll leave with the confidence to grow and harvest your own seasonal bounty.

Each participant will receive a curated seed booklet filled with spring-friendly varieties and delicious recipes to bring the garden-to-table experience home. After class, enjoy 10% off beverages in Somerset—the perfect way to toast to your newfound gardening skills!

Welcome the season with fresh flavors, hands-on learning, and a sip of spring.
