Equity Arc in Chicago
Equity Arc is a Chicago-based national service organization dedicated to creating equitable opportunities in classical music. Our work has been recently featured on the Washington Post and 60 Minutes and we are hosting music education events in Chicago on April 4-6.
We invite you to join us for the following free events hosted at Symphony Center throughout the weekend:
- Equity Arc Pathways Orchestra Open Rehearsal, April 5 from 12:30-2pm: Watch the Equity Arc Pathways Orchestra prepare for their upcoming concert. Meet and Greet with Music Director Kyle Dickson will follow this rehearsal. (complete this form to RSVP)
- College and Summer Study Fair, April 5 from 2:30-5pm: Connect with over 30 college and summer study programs from across the country (complete this form to RSVP)
- Equity Arc Pathways Orchestra Concert, April 6 at 2pm: Hear the talented fellows of the Equity Arc Pathways Orchestra, led by Kyle Dickson, perform an exciting program featuring Samuel Coleridge-Taylor’s Ballade in A minor and Tchaikovsky’s Symphony No. 4.
