El Tapeo Celebrates Dia de Andalusia with a Taste of Spain

From February 21 – March 1, El Tapeo will be celebrating Dia de Andalusia. There will be a special prix fixe menu, for $79 a person, featuring cuisine from the autonomous region of Andalusia, Spain.  Andalusia is on the southern coast of the Iberian peninsula and is famous for its multi-cultural heritage, which for centuries was part of the Kingdom of the Moors. The region commemorates the referendum on the autonomy of Andalusia on February 28.  Our chef has selected a variety of dishes to bring you the flavor of Andalusia.

Dia de Andalusia Menu:

Salmorejo shooter – a chilled soup of tomato, sherry, olive oil, roasted ham, and egg

Chicken empanadas with harissa aioli

Pollo a la Canilla – mushroom sherry cream sauce, roasted potatoes, confit tomato, chives

Churros with caramel
