Barr Hill x The Violet Hour Takeover

On Sunday, June 9th, The Violet Hour welcomes 2024 James Beard Award ‘Outstanding Bar’ finalist Barr Hill Cocktail Bar (Montpelier, VT) for pop-up takeover featuring drink creations from both bars as well as an exclusive collaborative cocktail. Together we’ll raise a glass to an evening dedicated to showcasing the talent of the JBF Awards.

Founded by a beekeeper and a distiller, Barr Hill uses regional raw honey to mindfully craft award winning spirits at their state-of-the-art, sustainable distillery and cocktail bar located in Montpelier, Vermont. Raw honey is the key contributor of botanical depth in their spirits, including Barr Hill Gin (America’s most awarded gin), barrel-aged Tom Cat Reserve Gin and Barr Hill Vodka.

The Barr Hill distillery is dedicated to crafting world class spirits that build the connection between agriculture and cocktail culture. Their Landcrafted approach honors the bounty of the land, the labor of the farmers and the pivotal role of bees in agriculture.
