Later that evening, Chef Erick Williams and Chef Damarr Brown will host an extraordinary one-night-only 5-course dinner at Virtue, honoring Smalls and Oduro with a menu inspired by their cookbook. Guests will enjoy conversation, community, and culinary excellence, featuring items such as:

– Stuffed Squid
– Piri Piri Gizzards
– Braised Lamb Shoulder
– Dark Chocolate Pudding
Priced at $165 (excluding tax and gratuity), this intimate dining experience will also include an autographed copy of The Contemporary African Kitchen, expertly paired wines and non-alcoholic beverages, and the unique opportunity to engage with the authors.
