A Raisin in the Sun Public Programs: Community Reads Book Club

Don’t miss the Community Reads Book Club, one of the public programs complementing Court Theatre’s production of A Raisin in the Sun

Take a closer look at issues past and present impacting housing on the South Side of Chicago. The book club selection for this series, The South Side – written by Chicago native, Natalie Moore – will be the focus of an intimate study group for exploration and discussion with lead facilitator Adia Sykes.

Copies of The South Side can be checked out through the Chicago Public Library, and we encourage you to reserve your copy directly from the Blackstone Branch. Space is limited and reservations are strongly encouraged. This event is free to the public.
